I’m a little confused, if I were to choose the architecture path would this mean I will need to complete 4 years of uni and then receive the ARB part 1 but as part of my masters?

It looks like it. If you want to study architecture, why not apply for the K100 course?

I was thinking it could be a backup since the grade requirements for this is lower.

The traditional route for architecture is a 3-year undergrad (part 1), a year in practice and then a 2-year masters (part 2). You need to weigh up if it is worth doing an extra year for the intergrated masters but still only end up completing the part 1. At some point you will need to complete the part 2 and you will need to fund it. I recommend asking a question in the Ask SFE forum if you can receive funding for an architecture part 2 masters if you already have an integrated masters.
