If I get a new device, will I be able to recover my two Facebook accounts?
On the 29th April this year, both my Facebook accounts had been permanently disabled and that is strange because I hadn’t done anything that violated their rules. Anyway, I was just wondering if it’s possible to recover my Facebook accounts when I get a new device
Getting a new computer has nothing to do with your Facebook accounts. So in short, no.

As above, you need to address why FB disabled them, not switch devices.
In short, no. If they've been been permanently closed then logging in from a different device doesn't change anything.
Its like asking "The bank closed my account, will the card still work in a different ATM?"
