According to the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey, for Lancaster's business and management courses generally (because there are too few survey respondents who were International Management graduates), sixth months after having graduated, 100% were employed or in further education - with an average annual salary of £25,000.
The top three job area for these graduates were:
• 31% - Sales, marketing and related associate professionals
• 24% - Business, research and administrative professionals
• 15% - Business, finance and related associate professionals
For longer-term prospects, we can look at the Longitudinal Educational Outcomes dataset, which shows median earnings of graduates reaching £41,000 by the fifth year.
