english lit alevel

Basically I failed my AS because the teacher was no good. I got a U and then got an a* in my A2 but i dont get how? I need help with finding techniques in all the coleridge's poems but people just tell me to use my brain but i cant. This is a review I gave someone on tes.

So now I get a one star review because the rest of the internet is not able to supply what you need either! Maybe English Literature isn't the right subject for you?
.Dear Annie, I'm sorry that I could not help you to write your essay. This is not a tutoring site; this is a resources site for teachers I did not advertise this as a slideshow to help students with A Level...it is a resource I spent A LONG time making to help teachers prepare for teaching this poem and then shared FIR FREE. I think it is incredibly unfair of you to give me a one star review and that perhaps you should try to use your brain, and your heart, in a way that is not so selfish and inconsiderate.
