Issue with CAS Interview Login - Coventry University

Hi everyone,
I was in the middle of my CAS recorded interview when it unexpectedly logged me out, showing a "Network Error" message, even though my internet is working fine. Now, whenever I try to log back in, it shows the option to "Start Interview," but clicking it redirects me back to the login page.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated as I am scared as Hell.

Hi there

I hope you are doing well. I understand your concern and it can be very stressful but have you tried contacting anyone regarding the situation explaining that it was completely unintentional ? Maybe you could try contacting them then it may help or they might reschedule another interview.

Hope it helps

Hi there,
I understand how frustrating this must be! It sounds like a technical issue with the CAS interview system. Here are a few things to try:

1.

Clear your browser cache and cookies.

2.

Try using a different browser or device.

3.

Restart your browser and log in again.

If these don’t work, contact Coventry University’s Support Team as soon as possible. They can assist with resetting the interview or resolving any system issues. Don’t worry, the team will understand and help you through it.
Good luck, and I hope it gets sorted soon!
I hope this helps you.

Thanks & Regards,
Coventry University Student Ambassador
That's great , How was the result?

Hi,

I understand your concerns. When I passed the interview I received my CAS after 2 weeks. It happens sometime. The process may take time because of several applications. It is usually suggested that it can take up to 1-3 weeks and it varies on the applications as well. so try waiting for a couple of weeks do not get stressed and if still you don't get it then you can contact The International Enquiry Team on 024 7765 2152 or the Live Chat https://www.coventry.ac.uk/livechat/
Hope this helps

Hi, I attended my interview on December 21st. In the CAS portal, it initially showed my progress as 50 percent, but then the percentage was disabled, and I can no longer track my status. This is my last chance for the AI interview, and I am feeling anxious about the results.

Hi there

I hope you are doing okay. Please do not worry or get anxious, this might be because of the holidays. I am sure things will get on track once everyone gets back from holidays. I also want to share this from my experience that my CAS percentage was still on 76% even when I got my visa. So I think the percentage it shows is not really equivalent to a lot of things but can you please try to check your emails constantly and you can contact either the CAS Team through the chat function on CAS Shield, or The International Enquiry Team on 024 7765 2152 or the Live Chat https://www.coventry.ac.uk/livechat/

Hope this helps
