I don’t know how often they send out interviews or when etc but don’t freak out! I haven’t heard of any rejections being sent yet from HYMS and I do know that emails for UEA interview selection (which is based on UCAT ranking only) has seen someone with less than 2600 get an interview and someone with more than 3000 not get one yet. Obviously we know that the person with 3000 will get one eventually. So it goes to show that not getting an interview early doesn’t necessarily mean anything negative. It is hideously nerve wracking though! The med schools are so individual in the ways they go about selecting that you just need to keep calm as much as you can. I believe in the past some unis have invited applicants to interview as late as spring time! So keep the hope alive as there’s nothing lost until if/when you get a rejection email. Good luck 🤞
