SFE Still not sorted
Hi all. My girlfriend is struggling with SFE. She should be getting around the maximum but she has only received the minimum for the term. her parents cant afford to continue supporting her with this amount of money. This has been ongoing since the application process started and SFE just keeps saying "we'll get it sorted" despite phoning almost everyday.
What can we do to get this sorted or expedited further up in management.

Hi there,
We can only provide general information her and cannot access accounts. Is this for the 2024/25 academic year? Did the student request for the higher rate of Maintenance Loan? Did the students sponsor(s) support the students application?
