Take over my tenancy at Birmingham Student Accommodation

Hi,
Due to personal circumstances, I no longer will be staying at Yugo Bentley House student accommodation in Birmingham. The next instalment is due by January 2025 but as I won't be at Birmingham City University anymore I won't need accommodation for this term. I want to cancel my tenancy however as I’ve signed and paid the only way for me to cancel it is to find a replacement to take over my tenancy. So please, if you want to stay at this accommodation let me know and take over my tenancy.

It’s £184 per week and is available now until 04/07/2025
