This is a thread for all who have applied to the TFL Graduate Scheme 2025. Does anyone know if they're using virtual assessment centres this year? I applied for the Graduate Software Developer scheme.

hi! im applied to the technology grad scheme and im about to start the 1st stage assessment. have u done it, and have u recvied the 2nd stage assessment?

Is there a cover letter? I hate doing that.
But would they use it at the end when making offers?

its not required. its just mentioned you can under the additional documents sector

I think they only use your performance on the online tests, the interview and the AC when giving out offers.

i finished the 1st and 2nd stage yesterday, and today i received an email saying
Thank you for taking the time to complete Stage Two of the Online Assessment.
We are happy to tell you that you have been successful at passing the online assessments.
Due to the high volume of applications and limited spaces on the assessment day, we are unable to progress all applications through.
As such, we are currently in the process of shortlisting candidates and we estimate that we will be able to deliver your outcome to you within four weeks, however we will let you know if we think this will take any longer.
Thank you for taking the time to complete Stage Two of the Online Assessment.
We are happy to tell you that you have been successful at passing the online assessments.
Due to the high volume of applications and limited spaces on the assessment day, we are unable to progress all applications through.
