Urgent: Birmingham tenancy takeover accommodation
Looking for a new tenant!! First term instalment already paid in full, flat includes a private ensuite, wifi and an on-site gym.
Due to personal circumstances, I no longer will be staying at Yugo Bentley House student accommodation in Birmingham. The next instalment is due by January 2025 but as I won't be at Birmingham City University anymore I won't need accommodation for this term. I want to cancel my tenancy however as I’ve signed and paid the only way for me to cancel it is to find a replacement to take over my tenancy. So please, if you want to stay at this accommodation let me know ASAP!!
It’s £184 per week and is available now until 04/07/2025

Hey! I will ask first thing tomorrow when the reception opens. Could I please ask your gender? My flat is female-only but they do have male and mixed gender in the same building so I will specify at the help desk. Thank you so much xx

Hey, if you still need an accommodation, I have one available as I am moving out. It is on bagot street and is an En-suite plus, double room for £169 per week! You have it till September 2025
