Where are exopeptidases released in the digestive system?

Hello Roseaw!
I cannot avoid making an almost complete suggestion.
Short answer: The pancreas releases exopeptidases mainly into the small intestine. The pancreas also locates some exopeptidases, such as aminopeptidase, in the microvilli of the epithelial cells of the small intestine.
