Friendship

do you think that we have strong friendships like the previous generation or still with no change?

I personally don't, but I can see how others may. I think on average people probably have worse friendships now. I'm trying to improve myself tho

Now it's a different sort of friendships.
If in the 40's-50's a friend was moving to another city you would have to wait weeks for a mail, in the 80's and 90's you would spend hours on the phone. Now you can text and videochat. Now most or our generation don't need as much physical contact with friends, they are connected through wifi with each other all the time. I mean, when I was a kid I needed a hug from a friend from time to time. Now I see teenagers just chat and it's enough, they still feel very connected. Even I have online friends who I've never seen and I feel very connected to them.
