What breed of dog is this?

It’s a cocker spaniel, show type. The working dogs are leggier, a little scruffier looking, they collect game for a gamekeeper or farmer or some such man after it has been shot. Both are wonderful dogs.

Cutie! What kind of tick and flea treatment do you use? I’ve been looking into different options for my dogs lately. Did you hear that now it’s possible to get Nexgard Without Vet Prescription? I think that’s great, especially for people who want a more convenient and affordable option. I’ve heard good things about Nexgard, and I’m considering trying it for my pets, but I’d love to hear from others about their experiences first. What’s your go-to treatment for keeping your furry friend pest-free?

Sounds like that you or people in your surrounding have owned (or still own) this breed. Correct me, if I am wrong.

No, you’re quite right, sadly it’s in the past tense.

Wonderful dogs that (in my opinion) are happiest in a rural environment or at least with pots of exercise.

Don’t expect to see their heads up, “walkies” is really “snuffles” the long ears were bred in to sweep scents up to the nose.

They really should be hand stripped rather than cut, you can get tutorials.

I am so sorry for you. Dogs are a big loss when they passed away.

These were interesting things you told me about this breed.
