Yes. There are no required subjects for law, though it may be recommended by certain universities to take one or more traditional and/or essay based subjects for a strong application, as law is an essay based subject. Taking an essay based subject may also come in handy when preparing for admissions tests (the LNAT) if relevant, but it is not necessary.

Yes but you should really be checking the entry requirements for your chosen universities and courses for clarity. None of these universities have any required subjects for law.
Saw a girl on tiktok who did alevel biology, chemistry and psychology and is now a law student. I definitely think economics and psychology count as an essay based subject. LSE does count alevel economics as an essay based subject. UCL wants atleast 2 alevels from their preferred alevel subjects https://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/undergraduate/application/entry-requirements/preferred-level-subjects . And idk what exam board you do for biology but im pretty sure for aqa biology paper 3, there is an 25 mark essay question. So i think you should be good.

Yes. UCL don't care as long as your subjects are academic (i.e. not Critical Thinking or General Studies). They assess your ability to write essays through the LNAT and the LNAT only.

They told me on the open day that it didn't matter if you were predicted A*s in history, politics and RS or biology, chemistry and maths - they would not assume one of those two students is any better at essay-writing or law than the other. The only metric they use to judge essay skills is the LNAT.
