With oxford, they normally give out the interviews and rejections to the popular subjects first, hence why lots of biomed chemistry PPE medicine and law offers have come out already. The stuff with fewer applicants like languages, geography, archeology etc will come out later, end of nov start of dec
Has anyone heard back from Oxford? Specifically from Pembroke / for modern languages
Hi, I'm applying for Asian and Middle Eastern studies at St Annes, and I have heard nothing about an interview yet. I wouldn't worry about it - people usually get an interview invite from the end of Nov to early Dec, so there's still loads of time to receive one!

The first part of your statement is untrue unfortunately - biomed, med applicants are still waiting for invitation.

Yeah I was about to say. As a chemistry applicant I haven't heard back nor do I know anyone who has heard back. In fact it's the unpopular subjects like Music and fine art that have heard back first (along with Biochem and biology)

Every subject will attract different students of interest - to me, there is no unpopular courses.
Though I think most of us would be in agreement that applicants waiting for invitations/offers or offers can be an agonising wait for all. Press on.
