Looking for 1 person to take over a flatmate's room in Baldwin St, Centre of Bristol
Looking for 1 person to replace my flatmate's contract as he's leaving Bristol. Location is Baldwin Street, right in the centre of Bristol, close to bus stops and many shops around. It's a 4 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom. Contract ends on 26th of June 2025. It's £919 per month, bills included. For features, we've got a washing machice and dryer, dishwasher, bike storage, an oven, and hob. Cleaners come in every other Thursday. We are 1 boy and 2 girls, all clean and tidy.
