Lnat exam rules

I CANNOT concentrate with ANY noise! Last year I did the TSA and my score was worsened so much because of distractions. SO, in the LNAT, would i be allowed to press my ears down with my fingers. I do this at home and it really blocks out the noise. Will they tell me off for this? I'm not doing anything wrong?

Depending on your test centre, they may give you ear plugs to block out noise or distractions (mine did). I can’t imagine you’d be very productive with your fingers spent pressing down on your ears since the test is on a computer, but I also don’t believe they would “tell you off” for doing so. When you arrive at the test centre, it may be worth asking if they have any ear plugs and potentially switching test centres if possible, if you plan on sitting at the same test centre you had issue with last time.
