Postgrad loan automatically declined as ineligible???

I’ve just applied for a postgrad masters loan for a LLM degree with ULaw. It has been automatically declined as ineligible for funding. I’m not sure why as I have only a BSc completed in 2013. Any guidance on what I should do or why this has happened??

Just to confirm the course start date is feb 2025.

Hi there. It will be due to a question that was answered on the applicaiton if it was automatically rejected. Just to confirm you don't have any previous masters funding or degree? Thanks, Leah.
