Have I passed my Interview?

Hello,

I gave an Interview on Wednesday. I got told that I would expect an outcome either by the end of Wednesday or by Thursday latest. I contacted the training provider just for a brief update and they said that they have not received any feedback themselves and we’d be in contact once they did. Is this a positive sign or? I am a little anxious and overwhelmed because if I was unsuccessful in all honesty I would rather know now than later to take the feedback on board and in a constructive positive sense in how and where to improve, but at this minute I’m wondering have I passed or?

Not hearing back about an interview when you were told you would is neither a positive or a negative sign, unfortunately. In all likelihood it just means that the person who needs to make a decision (or who needs to inform you of that decision) is busy doing other things, and simply hasn't got around to doing this yet.

Thank you. Just overwhelming I guess but got to wait and be patient and hope for the best.

Exactly!

It's often disappointing that the interviewer rarely seems to feel the same sense of urgency as the interviewee when it comes to communicating the result of the interview. You just need to be a little patient, unfortunately. :crossedf:
