Geography, as it is a facilitating subject. It also has some real science attached to it (environmental science).

I’d take HFT, it links to biology, and you get to learn about real diseases.

At what level? A university medical school would want to see rigour and deep thought, and Geography would provide that. It isn't the hardest A level, but it certainly isn't one of the easier ones either. It is a traditional subject, which counts for a lot. The OP should already be doing Biology and Chemistry to get into Medicine, although a few medical schools might accept Maths or Physics instead.

Higher. Your learning about different foods and it’s effect on the body. And the different diseases that can be caused by a lack. It doesn’t matter what subject the OP takes. Though HFT would give them an insight into the types of subjects they’ll be learning in Y1

I worked as a Food Technologist, and l know about the subject at uni level, although l didn't study it for my degree. The subject isn't compatible with Medicine. Certainly for Dietetics, but not Medicine.

I see I thought of picking health and food technology because it mentioned topics like vitamins disease and dietary needs but feedbacks so far say that geography is better

Yeah I also thought about those factors this is why it’s so difficult to choose between both subjects .
Thank you for the advice
