Am not sure I did have to complete a form to tick of for maximum loan like a blue colour form and then for my parents it was the pff2 I belive

Yes it was through my online account through pdf file

We can't accept PN1 forms digitally uploaded. If you originally applied online and submit an application via the online steps and have since sent a PFF2 form then this will go to be processed accordingly. Is that what you have done? Thanks, Jason

I belive it was the 2024/2025 form it was maintenance loan requested which I have uploaded to my online support evidence and I also have uploaded the pff2 to my online account for support evidence
