Have examples of the set of skills you may think a physiotherapist will need. This will be things such as communication, teamwork, leadership, empathy etc. You can give examples of this through work experience or any hobbies/projects that may not relate directly to physiotherapy. For example in my interviews I explained how I dealt with conflict from working in pharmacy and how I might experience that in physio. I also explained how by taking an EPQ at A-level, I developed my organisational skills which a physiotherapist will need when managing their own caseload, and will also be useful when doing assignments at uni. It's really about those transferable skills that you need to show off!

Research the university you're applying for! Show off your knowledge about the course modules and the university values. The course is quite competitive so the uni wants to know what you would be a good candidate for them and what you can bring to them. For me, I explained that I wanted to go to UCLAN due to the facilities and how integrated the learning is!

Be enthusiastic! When I interviewed students, one big thing I looked for is the passion to do the course, show that you have a good understanding of the role and show your motivation of wanting to be in the profession
