I used AI for my personal statement; would i get flagged

I wrote my personal statement and used Chat GPT to refine all my sentences and articulate what I'm trying to say in a better way. Will I get flagged for this?
I used Quill Bot and it says my personal statement is now 92 percent AI generated.

I didn't overtly use it to write it, but I used it to refine what I'm trying to say. I'm just a bit worried that the unis would declare it as plagiarism and I will not get any choices.

What would you guys say or think? Should I leave it as it is or edit it?

I am a fairly active user of AI, but I would definitely not use it to write important papers. I could ask it to help with the structure, but definitely not the text. For me, it's easier to spend time writing than editing the nonsense I'll end up with.

Tbf even structure, it’s probably better to ask teachers/lecturers (assuming that you’re still in education) but agreed.

The structure of Personal Statements changed this year - these applicants did not have the '3 question' structure but had to submit a longer piece of free-text. UCAS is now far more AI savvy, and we are yet to see what level of AI cheating they will pick up with the new structure.
