subletting en-suite rooms at westminster(student accommodation)

My friend and I are subletting two en-suite rooms at Urbanest Westminster Student Accommodation. They are located on the high floor of the dormitory, with views of Waterloo Station and St. Paul’s Cathedral. We’re aiming to move out within 1-2 weeks, but we’re open to some adjustments. The contract runs until September 2025.
