Degree Conflict !!!

Hi!
Im currently in Year 12 and I'm studying Maths, Further Maths and Physics - I've been set on going to University of Manchester to do Maths for about 2 years now. However, that's only where my brain is at. My heart, however, is in acting. In an ideal world, I'd go to UoM to do Maths and then, afterwards, go to Manc Met. to do their BA Hon in Acting. However, I grow up in an officially poverty-ridden city and cannot quite afford to pay my second degree off myself. I'm hoping ( dreaming AND praying ) I get a scholarship for my maths degree, as I'm moreorless a straight A* student and am aspiring for minimum A*, A*, A at A-Level. If I don't get these grades, I'll accept defeat and go straight into an acting degree at MM as the entry requirements are BCC.

If I can score a scholarship for maths at UoM, can I get loans for a second degree? I want to do both, with my whole entire heart and soul, and I don't know how to wiggle my way around it.

I assume you've read through the eligibility criteria for each of the scholarships and bursaries which the University of Manchester offer to confirm that you're eligible?

From what I can see on their web site here, there are the broad eligibility criteria (over and above any academic requirements):
The Cowrie Foundation Scholarships: Black African and Caribbean heritage
The Raheem Sterling Scholarships: Black African and Caribbean heritage
The Sadler Bursary: "care leaver or care experienced"
Article 26 Scholarships: "applicants who face barriers to higher education because of their immigration status"
The Elizabeth Moley Bursary: "individuals who have received free school meals during their secondary education"
Subject-specific scholarships: (none of these seem to apply to Mathematics)

Obviously you should read the eligibility criteria at the link above properly, but do also check what the scholarship / bursary is worth, and how many are available each year.

It's having a first degree that precludes funding, not having had funding for it, so that scheme won't work. But you've much more chance of a scholarship for drama than for Maths anyway. So do the Maths, perform alongside, and see if you still want the drama degree in 3 years time. If so, aim for scholarships off the back of the experience you've alongside your Maths degree.
