Loughorough Course Entry Difficulty

How difficult is Loughborough Construction Management/ Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying BSc to get into ENTRY REQ:BBB . My predicted is 3Bs but I feel like I won’t achieve that. Does it go into clearing every year or???

Ahhh can't remember in all honesty.

What I do know is that most courses at most unis will likely go into clearing each year.

I'd also like to note that if you're one or two grades away from your offer, Loughborough may still decide to accept you anyway. If you're rejected, there's no point trying to get back in via clearing however.

At this moment in time, I would focus on smashing your A'levels.

It would be worth contacting the University's Admissions team at [email protected] as they should be able to advise. If you are worried about not achieving the 3Bs, then you could have a chat with your A-Level subject teachers to see if they can provide insights into areas that you can work on, and things you can do to ensure your final grades are what you want them to be.

As mesub said, the University may be able to make a concessionary offer for slightly lower grades, but this depends on how many other applicants meet the entry requirements, so you should aim to reach 3Bs if you can, to give yourself the best chance. You must be doing well to have been predicted these results, that's a decent set of grades 🙂
