How do you stay organised with multiple assignments and deadlines?

Having a lot of assignments at once can feel chaotic. What’s the best way to keep everything organised and ensure nothing gets forgotten? Do you use any tools or apps to track your deadlines and manage your workload?

Hey 👋🏻

Absolutely, having a lot of assignments can feel overwhelming, but staying organized makes a huge difference! I like to use outlook calendar and my own schedule to track deadlines and keep everything organised. Outlook calendar which connected to your uni account will automatically show deadlines with date and time stated, classes and you can always add events by yourself! 😉

I’m actually someone who prefers writing things down in a schedule rather than using apps✍🏻. There’s something about physically writing out my deadlines and to-dos that helps me stay focused and remember everything better. I usually use a planner to keep track of my assignments and organize my workload—it’s old-school, but it works for me! I usually use a monthly calendar to put deadlines on and break down my workload by counting days before deadline! 🤓

Alternatively, I know there is an app called Timetree which works like an online schedule. It helps organize all deadlines and plans in one place and even share schedules with others if needed. It keeps everything clear and easy to access which makes staying on top of assignments a lot less stressful! 👍🏻

I hope the info is useful for you and all the best for your studies! 🍀

Buy a whiteboard and put it on the wall, with the dates and assignments on. Cross them out as you go.

Date issued, assignment/exam title and date for hand in + completion date.

Alternatively you can use things like outlook or OneNote or sticky notes if you prefer digital.
