Has anyone here got into round 2 of the UKCHO? How did you prepare for the organic chemistry? I l know all the alevel organic chemistry but i dont think its enough to be certain on the syntheses. How do I get good enough/ learn enough ?

I got into round 2 in 2022 (but didn’t get further). For round 2, I mostly used Clayden’s Organic Chemistry (1st Edition), but stuck to the first 500 ish pages.
Whilst the Olympiad itself is not something that expects mechanisms, they generally are very useful to know - especially when there is some weird stereochemistry involved. As such, if you can find a cheap copy or borrow it from a library, I recommend Sykes’ Guidebook to Mechanism in Organic Chemistry (6th Edition)
