Not yet, I’m still waiting. My first day is on the 22nd September, so I think the contract should come around the 8th (two weeks before). If I don’t hear anything by then, I’ll probably send them an email.

Ah ok yeah your right around the 8th sounds about right that’s how it was for me

Thanks, that’s really reassuring!
If for some reason I don’t receive it by around the 8th, do you think it’s worth sending them an email, or is it better just to wait?

Hi guys I had completed my interview on the 15th of June, on SHL it said all was completed and the interview had been completed. However, today I received an email saying that this was not complete and therefore my application was denied. Anyone know what to do in this scenario?

I’m really sorry this happened to you, that must feel very frustrating. Maybe the best thing to do is email the recruitment team directly to ask what went wrong.
They’ll be able to check if it was an error on the system or if anything is missing, and hopefully give you some clarity.

Not yet, I received an email Friday, with some forms to fill, but no contract yet.
I think I will send a follow up email, if I don’t receive it by Thursday.

Has anyone here applied or gone through the recruitment process for the HMRC Customer Service Advisor role based in Stratford? The recruitment team sent me an email last Friday saying it’ll take 2-3 weeks till they assess every candidate, has anyone received this too?

Hiya, hoping someone can shed some light on the HMRC Customer advisor training, job ad says lts 6-12weeks long and full time. Any reasonable adjustments for disabled people? Do they offer online training from home as was the case during the pandemic. And do you recommend the job for anyone with mental health/anxiety issues?
