How do you know . So 689 are eligible for 250 positions ?

I’m 153, it’s a little confusing has I thought if you were in the recruitment cycle you would be offered a job, but honestly I don’t understand how it works.

Nope, HMRC are weird when it comes to this stuff, there was one person that was ranked 5/90 and it took them 6 months to get a job.

It is stressing, for the 376R I ranked 22 out of 159 and I still don’t know if it’s good enough. For this one I got 602/689😭😭😭😭 lol, but it’s okay

Oh my, that’s really good, in my opinion that’s a job offer for sure, makes sense but I’m with you I don’t know anymore.
How long have you been waiting for the 376R response after they told you the ranking?

From what I gather, the reserve list is ALL successful applicants (passed interview). As in the email it says "..you are at position x of 689 candidates on the Reserve List for Stratford. Please be aware that this is subject to change for a variety of reasons including candidate withdrawal, or candidates declining offers". So I interpret this as all applicants, and not as 'out of the top 250'.. But still I could be wrong.. Anyway, I scored in the top 100, so if they honour their Ad statement of needing 250, I should be hearing an offer soon. But nobody knows WHEN, as I assume the first batch will be probably 50-100, depending of how many they need urgently, and after that I suppose the slowly make more offers throughout the year.. But once again they may no need all 250 afterall, which is annoying as they did advertised for 250, but well..it is what it is.
