Funding for a 2nd undergraduate degree

Is there any funding available for a full-time or part-time BSc in Speech and Language Therapy?

I would be starting in September 2025 at the University of Greenwich.

Course code: B620

Institution code: A G70

I have already completed a BA and an MA in different subjects that I received tuition loans for, but I just wondered whether I would still be eligible for any funding or whether I would have to self-fund.

Would appreciate it if anyone could help/had advice.

Thanks!

Hi there,

This course is an exception when studied full-time or part-time, so you'll be entitled to funding regardless of your previous study.

Would you prefer to study the course full-time?

Thanks, Graeme

Full time. Just out of interest would the funding also apply to postgrad? Speech and Language Therapy MSc Postgraduate taught degree (either full or part-time)? Thanks

Hi there,

Once you complete the undergraduate course would you be registered in this field?

Thanks, Drew

Yes

Hi there,

If you will be registered in the field then you would not be eligible to do the Postgraduate Course.

Thanks, Drew

If I were to do a pre-registration 2year MSc instead of a 3/4 year BSc, would I be eligible for funding? The Government website says these courses are eligible as well, unless that is incorrect.

Hi there,

If you done the postgraduate course instead of the undergraduate course then you would be eligible for funding.

Thanks, Drew
