Health and social care unit 4 research on prerelease article

Ok so hi im studying health and social care level 3 and on Wednesday we will get our prerealise article and I REALLY NEED help as my English is not very good ,I wanted to ask that we have a 10 hour exam to research but I don’t get what I have to research about and what do I need to include and everything as I’m writing this my heart is beating really fast because I’m very nervous and stressed like I HAVE no idea what I have to research about and what’s that all relialibilty or everything just don’t add up to me and why do we do this research plz if u could answer me asap will be really helpful!!!
