It's been that long, and you heard nothing back?! I am doing the VI this Friday... but like... I prepared so much and connected with 10+ Aon employees on LinkedIn... seems pointless based on your experience.. ☹️

We were impressed with the answers you submitted and are currently discussing all interviews with the business to build a shortlist for our assessment centres.". Not sure if that's successful VI or not
I received the same wording email in mid January then the invitation like a week later

I've had no response and its been 2 weeks, reckon this is unsuccessful? Only because I know their AC's start in Feb and March. So no response by now means I'm not going further.

Congrats! Although I received the same email from Nov 24, I applied for the London office. Not sure if that's the factor holding my application

Don't quote me on this but according to Glassdoor it is £37K in London.
