Suspended study

My question is this is my final year because of my health situation I didn’t finish my degree last year this year will be repeat year but student finance gave me 0 tuition fee this year and I applied for cpr and let my university know that but today I received a text message my study has been suspended and I’ve an assignment to submit next week also am I still get student finance. In January payment ?
Hi there,

If you have been told your application has been suspend then this would have came from the university. Have you spoke to them about this? When did you submit your Compelling Personal Reasons?

Thanks, Drew

Hi there,

So you only sent your evidence last week. It would not be processed yet. Have you applied as a UK national, Migrant Worker or EU national? Do you have any child dependents on your application?

Thanks, Drew

Hi there,

If you have spoke to someone and they have said you are due to get an update on your online account on the 29th of November the I would need to advise you to allow more time for it to be processed.

Thanks, Drew

So my university can do any consideration during the application process I can continue my study otherwise while my study will be waste it
Hi Ciwan04,

Do you mean that they are preventing you from using facilities due to not receiving the Tuition Fee Loan payment? Or do you mean, you have suspended with the intention to return at a later date due to your ill health?

Thanks, Clare

Both
Because due to my health problem my last year was waste it,I do get charge from uni but didn’t study at all, they shouldn’t be asking for tuition fee
Anyway.
Last question am I going to get my grant and maintenance loan on January ?

Kind regards
Cihat tanriverdi
Hi Cihat,

If the university are charging you for fees and you didn't attend, you would need to discuss this with them as that would be their policy and may have to send a non attendance withdrawal to us if you didn't attend the academic year at all. In regards to your Maintenance Loan and grants, you will be eligible when you return to study and the university have confirmed that you have resumed.

Thanks, Clare
