DofE Gold food choices
I am a year 12 student I am not sure what food to take for DofE gold lunches. Please could someone who has done DofE Gold recommend what to eat and if they regret not taking something.

what we did was egg noodles and the chicken stock cubes, since both are really light, also pasta and just bring a tub of pesto.
