FSAC queries

Hi all,

I have my assessment centre tomorrow. I had some queries regarding the assessment tomorrow.

The Written advice and stakeholder communication exercise - do they expect you to write on a word document and email the answers at the end of each exercise?

The personal development conversation - is this a formal style CS interview - for example, if I am asked a behavioural question - will I be expected to go STAR mode to answer in depth, or can the answers be brief whilst demonstrating what I did and how.

Any particular question that is likely to come up?

Hi Lol,

It went as well. I performed strongly in some areas and the interview was probably my weakest performance point.

Sorry for asking, I will be apply for the fast stream this year, but I was just looking at everything and the process to see how its done. I understand from the inital stages of the tests, but if we reach to the assessment centre stage I had a few questions regarding the three tests: Written Advice Exercise, Stakeholder Communication Exercise and the Personal Development Conversation.

So knowing the personal development conversation is the interview. I wanted to know how the written exercise would be conducted. Like do they send you the materials and you work on it on word document offline and then submit it to them after 85 minutes, or is it online where you're camera is on and you work through the exercise? there was also a mention of an app? so wasnt sure how its done.

Also how is the stakeholder communication excerise too is it just like a role play exercise?
