Psychology Survey Research Question For Final Year - HELP!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum but thought it was the best place.
I'm currently studying my final year of a BSc degree in Psychology and for one of my modules, I have to design a survey in relation to a research question. I have NO idea what to do! I wanted to do something around Domestic Abuse, given my own personal lived experience and interest in this area - having various contacts in this sector too. However, the university has encouraged positive research questions instead of 'negative'. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

Domestic Abuse is a researchable topic. It is just a matter of how you phrase the research question. For instance, If you could have the question, " What is the impact of domestic abuse on emotional wellbeing," then that would leave you with two main variables-domestic abuse and emotional wellbeing.
Your survey would need you to search for research instruments measuring these two variables. There are a lot of instruments (from past researchers that you can use).
