Could I use same A level subject but difference exam board to apply Science&Engineer

The thing is I failed my IGCSE Math and Physics in Year 11. So when I finish At year 13 I only could done AS Math and Physics. In high school we doing CIE exam Board for those two subject. However, my dream is to get accept in Uni Mel. So I was thinking to finish the exam with Other exam board which is Edexcel for math and physics.And I will sit exam outside of school for A level math and physics.
For example in Math: Doing AS level with CIE and A2 with Edexcel.

could l use CIE and Edexcel for those result when I apply? Thank you!
