I got into NCS (I got a personal email about how the admissions guy loved my statement!), LAE, Brampton (didn't apply to any private!)
But I would say start off introducing yourself, then why you picked the subjects, (future/ uni plans if you have!) and then extracurriculars, then talk about why you are choosing the school, why THEY are you dream school (eg. subjects, programmes, just general good vibe)! If you need any help/ would like me to proof read lmk! Good luck!!!!

Honestly, I think (don't quote me on this!) most schools aren't INSANELY particular, I feel like it is mostly grades. I would say try to join something, like a school club, a neighbourhood things, just so you could say you did it? But I do think that, bar a few, the main priority is grades?
