I got into NCS (I got a personal email about how the admissions guy loved my statement!), LAE, Brampton (didn't apply to any private!)
But I would say start off introducing yourself, then why you picked the subjects, (future/ uni plans if you have!) and then extracurriculars, then talk about why you are choosing the school, why THEY are you dream school (eg. subjects, programmes, just general good vibe)!
