Will getting a low mark in a NAT5 pre-lim mean anything in the long term?

I’m pretty sure I might have failed my English RUAE NAT5 pre-lim (I could only answer 18/30 due to not being fast enough at answering) and at most, if I’m lucky, I would get a B-. Will this affect my NAT5 exams around May time and will I have to do NAT4 instead if, for instance, I got a 45% for the pre-lim?

My expected grade is supposed to be around a B+ or A-.

No. Unless you like end up in a coma and they need to use your work for a predicted grade. You should definitely work on your speed though.
