GCSE’s enough for Medicine

For my GCSE’s i got grades, 8,7,6,6,6,6,6,5,4.
8 I got in R.E.
My 5 was in english Lit. And 4 was english language. I am hoping to resit my english Language exam in june, and get a grade 6/7. 🤞

And the Current alevels i am taking are: Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. and an EPQ
Do i have a chance to get into a russell group to do medicine, at uni?

I believe you do have a chance to do medicine, just make sure during your a levels that you're getting top grades as it will look very appealing to unis!

You'll need to look at the minimum grade requirements. Also look at the uni course selection criteria & only put on your application where you meet their selection criteria - otherwise you've wasted an application. Some select on GCSE grades, some on predicted A grades, some on UCAT scores & some on a combination.

I got 999943 chemistry,biology,physics,maths,English language, and english litreature.I'm doing biology,chemistry, and maths levels.I'm also going to resit AQA english language in next june because I want to do medicine in future. What exam boards are you doing.Maybe we can help eachother
