I am due to go for a band 4 physiotherapy assistant practitioner role, does anyone know the answer to a question on how you would delegate tasks to band 3 and support workers when some AHPs are off sick? i got this task to do in the interview last time and i had no clue!

The nurse in charge of physiotherapy ( senior staff member)will normally hand out instructions on what each means is to do and go to.
You might be working in the physiotherapy department or you could possibly be doing physio on the wards with patients.
