sleeping 3-5 hours cured my depression

last week i was a zombie who couldn't even get out of bed to shower
today i'm everything, and my art will soon make me famous.
just so you all know.

i do sleep well, just don't need as much sleep as before. everything's different now.

after sleeping 12-15h a day for months my body must have restored itself real well or some ****, lol, which works great tbh, my new art project needs a lot of my attention. and it can't wait. i know this might sound weird because most people wouldn't understand and there is no way to explain it to them, but if i don’t do it within the short timeframe i know it needs to be done, it’s going to fail.

Haha, sounds like ADHD... you work the best in short period of time. It works for me the same way...
I know you meant a superstition but I think its root is from ADHD. At least I think so... XD

Still sleep is important.
