What the heck??? Eclairs are made out of choux pastry, not pudding mix and crackers!

Proper eclairs are the things like long profiteroles - made out of choux pastry, filled with whipped cream and with chocolate on top. I suspect the person who put that recipe on the internet was making free with the name.

Hey that's ok! I'm sure the version you found on the internet is still very tasty, even though it isn't technically an eclair.

Try melting some normal milk cooking chocolate from the supermarket, and adding some single cream..it might make the chocolate dry slightly liquidy.
