I applied to Teeside 8 days ago, and just got an email inviting me for an interview

Hello. Anyone who has already applied for Teesside - did you receive an acknowledgement email after your application was sent?
I applied a few years ago and got an acknowledgement email the same day but this time I haven’t received anything.
Just wanted to know if this is something they no longer send, or whether I should contact them to ensure they’ve received it.
Anyone who has received an interview invitation already - how long after sending your application did you receive one? Understand this can vary by course.

I haven't received a confirmation email yet! ☹️ applied for a concept art MA but no response yet to my application last month, then I emailed their International Enquiry and got mail back from them 3 days back. They said they are very busy at the moment and getting an overwhelming amount of applications and enquiries ! They need some time to respond!
