Sixth form predicted grade

I just wanted conformation that when applying for different sixth form in year 11 to 12 i have to provide a predicted grade which is one higher then my normal grade so lets say i got a 7 in geography i would write in the application a 8 or is it two grade higher ??

please someone help.

I would ask your school about this as when i applied to sixth form, I was given predicted grades by my teachers, and so maybe it’s best to ask a teacher.
