Thanks for the tag, @Kallisto.
Unfortunately, as you will note from AQA's "Assessment materials: what's available when?" page, Summer 2024 question papers won't be released to the general public until 11 July 2025.
Schools and colleges have had access to these papers since 10 days after the original exam, and will often use them for mock exam in the following academic year (i.e. the academic year we're currently in).
For that reason, TSR's community guidelines say, "Do not request or share access to any locked exam papers." As a result, I'm unable to help. Sorry.

Of course. You can tag me when someone needs any answer, and you think I might be able to help.
Be aware, though, that I have no particular expertise in Biology - a fact to which I'm sure my Biology teacher will happily attest.
What my time on TSR has made me realise that I have some skill in, is digging out obscure information which is available on the internet somewhere, but which is proving elusive.

Aorta diameter question? Idk what that is but someone told me
No genetic diversity too
Quite a bit in cells / gas exchange
