Will I get into the University of Nottingham?

It’s looking a bit peak for me. Even tho I meet the grade requirements for UON with my Distinction, Distinction, C and I have tons of work experience. But my predicated C grade in history brings down my UCAS points. And even tho I can still apply, the average UCAS grade for people that get into my social work course is like 139 UCAS points and I have 128? 11 points down, so it’s not looking good.

However, I’m not bummed if I don’t get into UON as I really like my second option (Sussex) but idk I’m just preparing for the worst.

Honestly I think you will be fine.
What grades do you need to get it? / What are you expecting?
Typically universities accept 2 lower grades during clearing / on results day anyways.

Hello @UniSearcher101,

I think it would be useful for you to get in contact with the admissions department at UoN so that you may more information with regards to your case. You may fill in the following form: Enquiry Form

I would expect them to take 3 to 4 working days to get you back with an answer!

All the best,
Abian.

They want =ABB so that’s 128 UCAS points and I have Dist Disct C (AAC) also =128 UCAS points.

I have the exact amount of UCAS points for the grade requirements. But yk how people like to go above and beyond when applying so it’s kinda upstaging me, Godforbid but they would probably pick someone with AAB rather than someone like me with AAC and since the average UCAS entry points for people that get in is like 139 idk it’s looking kinda dicey
