Looking for a student flat in Exeter for now/ the January intake?

Hi, I am currently looking for an undergraduate or postgraduate student to take over my premium studio flat in Renslade House luxury student accommodation as I am having to interrupt my studies. The contract ends in August 2025 and I have paid the first instalment which covers the rent until January. There are two more instalments of equal amounts due in January and May. This room type is sold out online and costs £235 a week, bills included. Facilities included in the rent include an on-site gym, cinema room, common area and study rooms. Pictures of the flat and amenities can be found on the Prestige Student Living website – the room type is Premium Studio Floors 1-4.
