Transferring student finance

Hi I was approved for student finance under Kingston University but shortly after I transfered to London Metropolitan because of distance. As soon as I withdrew from Kingston they cancelled my student finance even though I transfered my first installment to Metropolitan. I need advice on what to do. The case is still under review

Did the previous university send us a Change of Circumstance Withdrawal? Do you know when your new university sent us the Change of Circumstances Transfer?

The issue was the change circumstances transfer was delayed from London Metropolitan University. So, SFE cancelled my loan application under Kingston University on the 1st October 24, and they have received change circumstances transfer on 8th of October 24. What's the impact on my initial loan application?. I was informed by SFE that postgraduate team they are reviewing it.
Up-to-date no decision being made.

No, they didn't mention the exact date. They said keep looking at your account. Another issue was, the repayment loan team from SFC, based on the message received on 15th of Nov, contacted me to discuss about repayment schedule for the first installment that I have received. And I told them that I am studying at London Metropolitan University, and my case still under reviewing process.
Please can you explain to me this? Why I was contacted by SFC team, while my case under review?
